About These Pages

The site treats Ravenna as one whole place: the Byzantine basilicas and their mosaics, piadina and gelato classes, e-bike rides, and shore excursions from Venice. Tour pages compare what the listings publish themselves. Every from-price, duration, rating and review count comes straight off the booking page, from $7 entry tickets to $456 day trips.

How It Is Built

No single author signs these pages because there is no single author. A small editorial team builds the guide the way a desk covers a beat: monument schedules, operator notices and the live tour listings. Nothing here claims a trip the team never took. When a mosaic walk shows 4.8 across 3,881 reviews, or a private tour starts at $391 per group, that figure was read off the listing, not remembered from a visit.

How Tours Are Vetted

Every number printed here, whether a rating, a review count or a from-price, is the booking page's own published figure. If two sources disagree on a number, the site prints nothing rather than guessing. City details, from basilica opening hours to seasonal closures, come from the bodies that publish them. Anything unconfirmed stays off the page.

What We Compare

The guide currently tracks 44 bookable tours and activities across Ravenna, spread over seven categories: mosaic walks, private tours, tickets and self-guided visits, food and cooking classes, day trips, shore excursions, and nature and bike outings. Every link leads to a live booking page, and each listing carries the rating, review count and from-price the operator publishes. Published from-prices run from $7 to $456. When you reserve through a link here, a small referral fee comes back to the site and your total never changes. Nobody can buy a better position on the page.

Why Trust It

Every figure on this site traces back to a live listing. If a walk shows 4.8 from 3881 reviews, that is what the booking page says; if an operator publishes no reviews, the space stays empty rather than padded. Prices appear exactly as listed, from the $7 entry ticket to the $456 group excursion, with nothing invented on top. Tours earn their place on usefulness, not on what they pay out, and you can check any number against its own page before committing a cent.
